CURRENT RETURNS POLICY

At this stage, Haybah does not offer returns or exchanges.

This is due to:
• High international return shipping costs
• Absence of a physical office or warehouse within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Cross-border logistics limitations at our current stage

To ensure fair pricing and consistent quality, all orders are considered final once the purchase is completed.

• A dispatch center/warehouse
• An office or warehouse within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region
• Or expand our operations across the Gulf region

We will introduce a structured and fair returns policy in line with international standards and Islamic business ethics.

REFUND POLICY

INTRODUCTION

NO REFUNDS POLICY

At this stage, Haybah does not offer refunds.

All purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed and processed.

This policy is due to:

• High cross-border return and handling costs
• Absence of a physical office or warehouse within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region

We kindly request customers to review product details, size guides, and policies carefully before placing an order.

EXCEPTIONS (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS)

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• The item received is damaged during shipping
• The item received is incorrect due to our error

To be eligible for review:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos must be provided as evidence
• The item must be unused and in its original condition

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

In cases where a refund is approved, the processing time will be between 7–10 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Haybah reserves the right to evaluate each case individually before approving any refund.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Natural variations in color or fabric texture
• Delays caused by customs or shipping providers

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Selecting the correct size using the provided size guide
• Providing accurate shipping and contact information
• Understanding delivery timelines and policies

Once a local dispatch center, office, or warehouse is established within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region, a structured refund and exchange policy will be introduced in line with international standards and ethical business practices.
